The Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition brings together 573 diverse partners to “mobilize their collective strengths to increase access to a full range of affordable, quality reproductive health supplies in low- and middle-income countries.” As a member, PROPEL Health will be at the coalition’s upcoming general membership meeting in Accra where the focus will be on the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on “money, markets, and movement.”
To help attain universal health coverage goals in Malawi, PROPEL Health supports government, civil society, youth, and communities as they identify and implement local policy priorities, focusing on quality, equitable, and affordable healthcare for all citizens. In the project's first webinar, we explore the innovative approaches that enabled the development of 24 policy-related documents in the space of nine months. Recording Available.
In this webinar, we bring together panellists from Kenya and the Philippines to share considerations in elevating FP into multisectoral frameworks across these two country contexts. We feature recent analyses of policy and programming efforts conducted by USAID’s PROPEL Health project. Join us as we aim to move the dial on elevating FP in multisectoral policies. Recording available.
Join PROPEL Health to discuss approaches to strengthen the enabling environment for community health workers in localized health systems. This session will first present PROPEL Health’s ongoing work with community health workers and opportunities for growth. Then, we will draw lessons learned from case studies from Rwanda and the Philippines.
This webinar will explore persistent challenges such as high fertility rates and low per capita health expenditures, and examine the key approaches of decentralization, resource optimization, and governance. Join us to discuss the challenges facing national health reforms in West Africa, review case studies of success, and explore health financing approaches in the region.
