The primary health care workforce sits at the center of a multi-layered health system. Critical for a person-centered system prioritizing access and equity is an integrated cadre of community health workers. Join PROPEL Health to discuss approaches to strengthen the enabling environment for community health workers in localized health systems. This session will first present PROPEL Health’s ongoing work with community health workers and opportunities for growth. Then, we will draw lessons learned from case studies from Rwanda and the Philippines.
